Nirvana Spas are covered top to bottom with a manufacturer's warranty which includes a 25 year shell, 10 year interior surface, and 5 years parts, 1 year labor.

This is one of the best warranties in the industry!

All spas require 220V hardwire with a 50 amp GFI unless otherwise noted.

Warranty Terms

The standard manufacturer's warranty on all Nirvana Spas is 25 years on the shell, 10 years on the interior surface, 5 years parts (prorated after 2 years), and one year labor*.

The standard manufacturer's warranty on all Cayman Spas is 5 years on the shell, 3 years on the interior surface, 2 years parts, and one year labor*.

Extended warranty is available: 10 years on the shell, 5 years on the interior surface, 2 years on parts, one year labor; $250.

* A $65 service charge is imposed whenever a service call is needed. In most cases (at the decretion of the manufacturer), the $65 service charge is waived if service, repairs or replacement of parts is required within the first 90 days after receiving your spa.

As our spas are custom built, and shipping costs are included in the price, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (return shipping costs not included).
